The project

Osney Mead is crossed by two power lines that could be buried or diverted.

The opportunity

Allows the delivery of 15 to 20% more floor space at this key strategic site.

Progress

Oxford University Development are undertaking further work to support the business case. Initial estimates on the cost of burying the power lines are in the region of £20m.
