Development opportunity

Potential delivery from 2025

The sites

Nuffield College is bringing forward a number of sites in prominent locations in the West End, including Worcester Street Car Park, the Island Site (broadly speaking comprising the buildings between Hythe Bridge Street and Park End Street) and the south side of Frideswide Square.

The opportunity

A series of major mixed use opportunities close to the station which form a significant part of the western entrance to the city. These developments will follow on from the college’s recent high quality office refurbishment of the historic Jam Factory.

Initial masterplanning work has taken place and the College is about to begin the process of procuring a partner to bring forward these sites for development.
