Progress

The long-term plan to develop the site into a new innovation district is being led by Oxford University Development (OUD), part of Oxford University’s joint venture with Legal & General. The area is a focus for the City Council’s West End and Osney Mead Supplementary Planning Document, working closely with OUD.
