Local partners

Local partners are invested and a strong partnership drives forward this ambitious programme. It is rare to have such core, institutional landowners, with the long-term stewardship of the sites and the city in mind.

We have raised significant local revenue to progress the vision, a spatial framework, Oxford Station Masterplan, a strategic business case for investment, and staff resources to coordinate the West End programmes. From this foundation, other sites are likely to come forward.

National Organisations

Senior representatives from national organisations join us in shaping the long-term success of the city and region, recognising that the West End can be much more than the sum of its parts, and serve as a positive long-term catalyst for the rest of Oxford and growth across the East-West rail line to Cambridge.
